Beautiful theatre. What was really annoying however was that you couldnt pay by card at the locker rooms, but you also couldn't take you jacket in with you. So if you had no cash or change and you had a jacket it posed an imposible problem they couldnt solve...

The venue has old world charm. The surroundings are lovely.

The Karlin Theatre is beautiful with fantastic acoustics. The only slight criticism is on the set design. It came across as a bit amateurish but saying that it did not subtract from the overall experience.

The relaxed atmosphere helped us to enjoy the event. We dined in the restaurant before the event, the food and service were excellent. Although we had e tickets we were made to queue at the box office and then we were rushed into the theatre without the tickets being looked at. Drinks arrangements during the intervals were good.

Stunning venue with gorgeous architecture.

The decoration of the hall is complimentary to the form of the space and not overwhelming and the smaller size provides an intimate engagement with the performers. The facilities are excellent and the prices reasonable.

Le théâtre est un très beau lieu, et la salle d'opéra est sublime. Nous étions placés dans un côté du parterre où la visibilité est excellente. Nous étions aussi bien installés sur les sièges. Le personnel est aimable et poli. Je recommande vivement !

Charming old-fashioned theatre with great ambiance. Found it strange that no posters of Tarandot were seen around the venue. For an English-speaking person also finding the theatre took some police work...

My highlight of the evening was the venue. Inside the theatre itself, the ceiling and chandelier were mesmerising. The staff were lovely, and the whole atmosphere was one of excitement and intrigue. I could have stared at that ceiling for days. And the customer service through the Prague ticket website was great. Thank you!

We sat upstairs in the boxes and it was a great experience with plenty of space a limited queuing for the cloakroom, concessions and other facilities, which makes a pleasant change to all my previous theatre experiences.
